1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment.
• A $3 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after cancellation.
• Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than product quality issues.

2. Product Quality Issues

• If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:
  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided to verify the issue.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video as it helps with the investigation of any product quality issues and speeds up the resolution process.
  • If approved, we will offer a refund or reship the correct product at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Items Received

• If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the received item.
• We will arrange a replacement and cover all additional shipping costs.

4. No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.
• Please inspect your order carefully before opening the package to ensure it matches your purchase.

5. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only available for orders with confirmed product defects or incorrect shipments.
• We do not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect prescriptions, or personal dissatisfaction.
• Refund processing time: 1-3 business days after approval.

6. Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer must cover the reshipping cost.
